Mark Grimley is Group Director for People and Corporate Services at the Government of Jersey

Bio: Mark joined the Government of Jersey in 2019 with 15 years of senior human resources experience under his belt across public, private and third sectors. He has led award-winning teams particularly recognised for diversity and inclusion, talent programmes and technology implementations. He was named as one of the UK's most influential HR directors by HR Magazine in 2019. In Jersey he has launched the new people strategy for public services focussing on developing talent for the future and making public services the place for careers of the future.
