HIGHVERN is a fiduciary, corporate and fund administration services provider headquartered in Jersey, with presence in Guernsey, Cayman Islands, Ireland, and the UK. It was established in 2016 following a management buyout from one of the UK’s leading international private banks.

HIGHVERN now employs over 160 staff across its jurisdictional offices, through its core services of Private Wealth, Corporate and Funds Services. In 2024 HIGHVERN won Best Administrator (Assets under $50bn) in the Drawdown Awards, an eprivateclient Excellence Award for Private Client Trust Company in 2023 and was shortlisted for a STEP Private Client Award.
