Higher Education Fair

Our annual Higher Education Fair provides a platform for UK, on-island, and international higher education providers, as well as companies offering apprenticeships, to engage with students exploring their future options. Open to Year 11 and 12 students during the day, it welcomes parents and the general public after 5pm.

Skills Show

Our annual Skills Show connects local and international businesses, training providers, and industry experts with students and job seekers exploring career paths. Open to students during the day, it provides an interactive platform to discover opportunities, and welcomes parents and the general public.

Skills Recognition Awards

Our Skills Recognition Awards celebrate the achievements of individuals and organisations who work closely with us, including students, apprentices, training providers, employers, and mentors. This event honours their dedication, collaboration, and success, showcasing the collective effort that drives skills development on our island. The event entails, a panel discussion from industry experts, keynote speakers and an award ceremony.

The Skills Recognition Awards is an invite-only event, exclusively for stakeholders who collaborate closely with us. Participants may be honoured with an award, serve as panel members, or contribute in other meaningful roles, celebrating their invaluable contributions to Skills Jersey initiatives and Jerseys future workforce.

If you are an employer wanting to exhibit at our events, please note that we are prioritising employers that offer Trident placements. If you are not currently a Trident employer and would like to be please email trident@gov.je.
